About

Fraher Group

Our award-winning designs are creative and accessible; drawing from each project’s unique history, and working in harmony with the surrounding environment. We involve our clients in every aspect of the design process; sharing and listening to ideas. We use hand and collaged illustrations to present ideas throughout the project, to demonstrate and continually refine our designs.

Architecture

Fraher Architects is our core business, offering a range of services: from early concept design work, to a full Architectural Service.  A key part of our role is guiding the construction process — helping clients through the various stages, while ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed budget and time frame.

Lizzie manages the initial design concept and planning stages, with Joe focusing on the technical and physical delivery of our projects. Furthermore, we ensure that sustainability informs every decision we make.

Development

Findley Fraher is a development and construction service founded by Joe.  Findlay Fraher seek to deliver creative, sustainable and spacious units which redefine modern living to the much needed housing stock within the city.

For a healthy life, a well designed home environment is key. Findlay Fraher ensure that all units have a strong relationship with the external environments. Each development benefits from generous communal space that is of benefit to all the occupants of the buildings.

We are new developers with new ideas.

Joinery

Fraher have formed a partnership with Shape London who are our preferred supplier for all joinery on residential and commercial projects alike.

Shape’s creative partnership was born from a specialist CNC cutting company founded by Rob and Rich and an architectural practice led by Joe and Lizzie. This creative collaboration has allowed Shape to combine the directors’ previous architectural, design and joinery expertise. Our team offers a dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic approach.  We pride ourselves on our exacting standards of craftsmanship and service.
