The client approached us asking to deliver concept ideas for the refurbishment and re-modelling of the Pommery Champagne Bar in the Park Lane Hilton. The concept ideas, quickly progressed into a full design service covering the fabrication and installation of the scheme.

We worked in partnership with our Graphic Design collaborators Freytag Anderson  to develop the logo, branding and marketing materials for the bar to present a dynamic, unified spatial solution.

The focus of the design approach was to echo the sense of place of the Pommery Estate. The design proposal transformed the existing space by introducing a sensitive intervention that has a light touch on the existing building fabric whilst maximising the spatial impact.

We introduced a ceiling of timber vines that hang over seating, evoking the feeling of drinking in a vineyard. Lighting behind the abstract vines, creates a sense of dappled light.

Fraher and Co fabricated and installed all the joinery for the project.
